Your career within the Group

Find out more about your career at Groupe Audit Serval & Associés

At the end of our selection process, you have chosen to join Audit Serval & Associés. We congratulate you.

You have a promising career ahead of you if you meet our expectations and if you yourself are satisfied with the career opportunities offered by our firm, the remuneration system it offers its employees, and the references added to your CV, both in terms of experience acquired and moral references.

Matching the complexity of assignments with the resources available to meet them is a priority for our firm, combined with ESG requirements.

How does the system work?

Depending on your qualifications and career path, you can join the Group at different levels of responsibility, as :

  • trainee chartered accountant/ junior auditor,
  • junior accountant/auditor,
  • financial consultant,
  • senior auditor/ chartered accountant,
  • mission manager,
  • file manager.

You report to a single hierarchy attached to an office and you operate within the framework of an annual plan. This plan provides visibility on the various tasks to be carried out in terms of professional development and training.

You have been assigned a manager who will monitor your progress within the firm:

  • An annual interview is organised with your manager in the presence of a management representative. This meeting is formalised by a written note that you can annotate as you wish.
  • Interviews may be held before the start and end of each assignment. The purpose of these interviews is to provide you with feedback on your experience so that you can complete your training, but also to find out how you are progressing in terms of qualifications and experience.

On the basis of these factors, your line manager will offer you a development in your technical responsibilities. Where appropriate, you will also be offered an evaluation in team management, taking into account your ability to manage one or more people.
