Groupe Audit, structure de tête du réseau Groupe Audit Serval & Associés, a son siège à Paris/ La Défense. Il assure la coordination du groupe et de ses filiales :
Sur le territoire français : Amperex (Paris), CGEC (Paris) et Fidurévision – Serval & Associés, (Mulhouse).
Crée en 1945, le cabinet Amperex intervient dans 3 domaines d’activité que sont la comptabilité, la gestion sociale et l’audit, au service d’une clientèle de TPE, PME et ETI.
Tout au long de ses années d’exercice, le cabinet a mis en œuvre son savoir-faire, animé par une culture de pluridisciplinarité, de conseil et de proximité avec ses clients qui constitue toujours ses valeurs fondamentales.
En 2016, Amperex a intégré le groupe Fidurévision, un cabinet d’expertise comptable et d’audit basé à Didenheim au sud de Mulhouse, acteur de référence dans le Grand Est.
En 2020, Fidurévision a rejoint le réseau Groupe Audit Serval & Associés, ouvrant une nouvelle ère de développement pour ces entités au sein d’un cabinet héritier d’une histoire prestigieuse et d’une culture d’entreprise tournée vers l’international.
Cette intégration a donné lieu à la constitution d’un groupe mieux à même de répondre aux nouveaux défis de notre temps, au regard de l’évolution des technologies, des pratiques et des besoins des clients dans un écosystème en mutation accélérée.
Le Cabinet de Gestion et d’Expertise Comptable (CGEC) est née en 1972 de la réunion de 3 cabinets. Après plusieurs décennies de croissance régulière, CGEC a intégré le cabinet Groupe Audit Serval & Associés en 2015. La complémentarité des deux entités a été le moteur de cette intégration construite sur les valeurs que CGEC a toujours mis en avant : proximité, disponibilité, réactivité.
Avec 85% de son activité générée par l’expertise comptable et la fiscalité d‘entreprise tournée vers les PME et les ETI, CGEC s’est naturellement inscrit dans la dynamique de croissance et de diversification de Groupe Audit Serval & Associés, plus particulièrement orienté vers l’Audit et l’accompagnement de ses clients à l’international.
Les compétences de CGEC s’exercent dans les activités de service, comme dans les secteurs industriels, avec cependant un fort engagement dans le secteur de la grande distribution qui représente 50% de son chiffre d’affaires.
Tourné vers l’international, Groupe Audit Serval & Associés intervient sur 3 continents, par diverses sous holdings servant de pôle de direction à ses activités sur ces 3 continents (voir organigramme) :

Serval & Associés is organized to comply with all Ethics rules and regulations through dedicated executives using specific global software. This involves measuring the risk of missions, the absence of conflict of interest and the quality of the work carried out. M. Jean-François Serval, CPA français et auditeur britannique, coordonne les missions avec le siège social et les autres cabinets américains et internationaux. A travers ses agences et correspondants, le réseau Groupe Audit – Serval & Associés couvre désormais toute l'Europe de l'Ouest, l'Amérique du Nord et l'Afrique du Nord lui permettant de servir sa clientèle à l'international.
The network is organized so that member firms comply with professional guidelines (IFAC… and others), laws and regulations. It also exists to implement specific rules aimed at ensuring staff dedication, quality control as well as customer safety in the event that a difficulty arises on a mission. Processes are also put in place to guarantee the long-term coherence of the network as well as a sanction process if a partner does not respect the rules. The network also has governance from global bodies to implement its rules. Member Companies are those which have signed the network framework agreement contract dealing with the above subjects and objectives. Corresponding Firms are those which currently practice or work within the Constantin/Groupe Audit-Serval & Associés network without having signed the network framework agreement. Like Member Firms, they must comply with all professional rules and regulations applicable to missions as well as demonstrate the absence of conflicts and their independence. Neither status takes into account the existence or possibility of referencing commissions between firms. There is no system of profit sharing, either globally or by transfer.
