Financial advisor (M/F)

A fast-growing international firm, Groupe Audit Serval & Associés is looking for young executives with a degree from a leading school or university, with or without experience.

Our mission is to help companies achieve their strategic objectives in terms of mergers and acquisitions, financial valuation, due diligence, organisation and internal control procedures designed to improve performance.

Your tasks

• By joining a dynamic team, you will be able to put your knowledge and skills in finance, accounting and organisation to practical use:
• Assessment of the finance function and restructuring of accounting processes as well as consolidation and financial reporting tools.
• Assisting finance departments with complex issues relating to financial transactions (company acquisitions, first-time consolidations, capital transactions, preparation of pro forma accounts).
• Helping finance departments redesign their internal reporting.
• Support in the production of consolidated accounts, either as back-up or on a delegated basis.
• Implementation of new accounting standards.
• Operational support for finance departments.

Your profile

• 5-year degree from a business or engineering school or university, specialising in Finance/Management.
• Ability to work in a team and in project mode, to set priorities and to stand back.
• Recognised for your analytical mind, your ability to deal with complex issues, your adaptability, your rigour and your proactivity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to formalise your ideas.
• Advanced command of written and spoken English.
