Alexandra Stemmelin elected member of the Colmar CRCC

Alexandra Stemmelin, Head of Audit at Groupe Audit Serval Fidurévision, has been elected a member of the Compagnie régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes de Colmar, following the ballot held on 30 September 2024. She stood for election on the IFEC list, which now holds the majority of votes among the elected members. IFEC received 156 votes, while the rival list, ECF, received 77 votes.
The Regional Council of the Colmar CRCC is therefore made up of 12 elected members who took up their duties on 1 November 2024.
The primary mission of a CRCC is to ensure compliance with the rules and professional obligations of the statutory auditors in the region it represents.

  1. What does it mean to be involved in a regional council of the profession of statutory auditors?
    Joining a regional council of the audit profession (CRCC) means taking an active part in representing and defending the interests of the profession at local level.
  2. What priorities do you intend to put forward during this new mandate?
    Our regional programme is based on 3 pillars:
  • Supporting the development of statutory auditors, in particular by developing training plans adapted to new regulations and the needs of audit professionals
  • Promoting our profession
  • Relaying the expectations of audit professionals
  1. How would you characterise the entrepreneurial fabric of your region?
    Situated at the heart of a cross-border dynamic with Germany and Switzerland, Alsace stands out as a particularly attractive region for companies and their employees alike. Its rich historical and gastronomic heritage also makes it a top tourist destination. Services account for the majority of economic activity (50.0 %), followed by trade and industry, which includes flagship companies such as Stellantis, Constellium and Rector Lesage.
